Return & Refund Policy

At ARARAT, we aim to provide products of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging

Exemption for Custom Products

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

This exemption is defined under:
Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU

As a result:

  • Custom embroidered products are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • This includes items with personalized text, designs, or color combinations selected by the customer

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you are entitled to:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund (if replacement is not possible)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.

  • Reason for return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
