Products

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or embroidery may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of certain products.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Custom Products

Products that are customized or embroidered according to customer specifications are considered personalized goods and are:

Non-returnable
Non-refundable
Non-exchangeable

As defined under:
Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU

Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Liability

ARARAT shall not be held liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union legislation.
