At ARARAT, we process and ship every order quickly, carefully, and with the same attention to quality that goes into each piece.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Custom embroidered pieces may take 1–3 extra business days, depending on complexity.
Shipping Options & Times
Within Greece
- ELTA Courier: 1–5 business days, with tracking
- ELTA Courier + Cash on Delivery (Αντικαταβολή): 1–5 business days, with tracking. You pay when your order arrives.
- DHL Express: 1 business day
Outside Greece (via DHL Express)
- European Union: 2–3 business days
- Rest of Europe (UK, Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU countries): 3–4 business days
We currently ship within Europe only.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your delivery location and the method you choose. You'll see them at checkout before you pay.
Cash on Delivery (Αντικαταβολή)
Cash on delivery is available only for orders shipped within Greece with ELTA Courier. You pay the courier when your order is delivered. A small extra fee applies, and you'll see it at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number from ELTA or DHL, depending on the method you chose, so you can follow your order to your door.
Delays
ARARAT cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If an issue comes up, we're here to help resolve it.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. ARARAT is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
