At ARARAT, we process and ship every order quickly, carefully, and with the same attention to quality that goes into each piece.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Custom embroidered pieces may require 1–3 additional business days, depending on complexity.

Shipping Times
All orders ship via DHL Express, chosen for its speed and reliability.

• Greece: 1–2 business days
• European Union: 2–3 business days
• Rest of Europe (UK, Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU countries): 3–4 business days

We currently ship within Europe only.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a DHL tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Delays
While DHL Express offers industry-leading reliability, ARARAT cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If an issue arises, we're here to help resolve it.
